Julia Martin Frazier, a Baltimore City resident of nearly 25 years, came to the area to study Harp Performance at the Peabody Conservatory after studying Music and Art History at Oberlin College in Ohio. After years of a satisfying and prolific career in harp performance, Julia has made her passion for homes, and helping people find them, a full time career. With a keen ability to match homes with new owners, and a caring and guiding hand in helping to prepare a home for selling, Julia’s tenacious approach to making the process go smoothly ends in results, and success for buyers and sellers alike. Julia can still occasionally be spotted around town with her harp, when not wrangling her two young boys.
A native of Omaha, Nebraska, Julia has been a resident and lover of the Mid-Atlantic for the better part of 25 years. After graduating from Oberlin College and Conservatory of Music with degrees in both Art History and Music Performance, Julia moved to Baltimore to pursue a master’s degree in harp performance at the Peabody Institute of the Johns Hopkins University.
Her love affair with Charm City has grown and strengthened ever since. Julia’s love of finding art in the details while interpreting musical scores has translated into her respect for the contract of sale, and the language of a beneficial and successful transaction. Her ability to recognize the importance of our surroundings, paired with her desire to channel her skills and experiences into being a resource for all things real estate, makes Julia an invaluable resource when searching for a home – no matter the neighborhood, size, or price point.
Since completing her graduate degree in music, Julia has remained committed to enriching the lives of Baltimore residents, through navigating homes sales, and acquisitions of residential property throughout Baltimore City and County.
